Job description

  1. Plan, Organize, Develop, Implement and Control all marketing functions such as new product, Product And Business Management & Development, Marketing Analysis And Trade Promotion.
  2. Analyze the marketplace to identify new market segments.
  3. Monitor and increase company sales and marketing by developing long-term and short-term goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve the company’s target.
  4. Implement PR strategy to build brand image in market.
  5. Conducting out the market research plan and market analysis segmentation, and customer insight to develop and improve tactics.
  6. Generating monthly report to management in terms of marketing activities, product launch plan, campaign and other target as being assigned with action / improvement plan.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical ,Electronics ,computer and IT) or other relevant field.
  2. Have experience of doing product marketing or sales at least 10 years.
  3. Self-motivated and strong self-learning skill.
  4. Strong communication skill.
  5. Strong organizational and leadership skill.
  6. Strong problem solving skill.
  7. Strong self responsibility and honesty.
  8. Good command of spoken and written English.

Following capabilities can be a plus

  1. Speak Japanese or Chinese.
  2. Good business vision.
  3. Strong engineering background in electrical, electronics, IT or related fields.
  4. Strong marketing and sales capability.
  5. Strong ambition for developing himself/herself and company.
  6. At least 10 years of experience (Fire Alarm and CCTV field is preferred)
  7. Skill : AutoCAD, HikCentral, IVMS. Knowledgeable in Fire Alarm, CCTV and Access Control System.
